Creating Songs from the Heart

Contact Me

Sometimes people have a hard time putting into words what’s in their hearts. Sometimes it comes easy to me. If you need help saying or singing it, let’s put our thoughts together And find out what comes from the heart.

Judy is a wife of 43 years, mother of two and grandmother of 5 beautiful grandchildren, Finn, Cooper, Eagan, Nora & Callum.

She comes from a family with a rich musical background. Consequently, she started singing in choirs at the early age of six and began writing poetry at 14.

Married to Dennis (Denny), in 1971 and became a young military bride, composing her first song, “The Cockroach Song,”  after some unfortunate run ins with the local fauna of Okinawa. It was an instant success and made its formal debut at Clay’s Corner in Brasstown, NC.

Over the years, Judy has written songs and jingles for birthdays, docents & volunteers, spouses, reunions, weddings, grandchildren and even songs to help heal a broken heart.

Her most recent composition,  “The Grandparent Song” honors the loving bond between grandparents and their grandchildren.

She is a music minister at the local VA hospital and hasa deep love and respect for those who serve and protect our country.

Her inspirations come from God and every song comes from her heart.
